2019 Files for unemployment after loosing job

Couldn't available to complete update at des.nc.govonce NC and SC job updated at website I couldn't see 'Next' bottom for continuing ( January 2019)

Local ncesc employee reporting to me to contact ncesc at 919-737-0259 ( No one pick up phone so I can reporting des.nc gov websites issue)

Keep calling several day but no one pick up phone " No live operator" 

Work less then 30 hour weeks in March

Work 40 hours 03-25 to 04-26-2019 with Integra staffing ( peak job or Short time contract)

 April file for unemployment on 04-27-2010 I called 919-737-0259,No one attending calll then may I registered over the phone when I contracted,so date for filing for unemployment count may 2019 not a April 2019( because operator not available over the phone after completed filing at des.nc.gov)

Once operator review my personal information or profile I start weekly certification in may 2019

I don't work full-time in may and June I worked less then 29 hours a week (because staffing agency reported to me that'll be contacting me once they found work for me)may and June I fine weekly certification but some how I don't got ncesc benefits.

I call 919-737-0259 they reported they are behinf on ncesc benefits payments and they keep delaying

I notice when I go back to work others employee talk to me they were working  30 to 50 hours a week,when agency call them and confirm work day to day scheduled)

I know I am from other nationality India so I will getting less hour compare to black 

06-05-2019 was last last day working with food staff then after week or two week I file again on lines unemployment benefit and it's not process immidatly unless I call and confirmed at 919-737-0259

Phone line was busy or operator not available after calling so many time.

I send email to ncesc then I got incoming call and my unemployment benefit start from those week or after nexr week scheduled to do weekly certification.i am available to work onfrom 06-06-2019 to 07-06-2019 and I process weekly certification.

Why I am didn't get benefits if i don't work anything during 06-0619 to 08-26-19 and not erning penny until I found job in agust 27

( Job Trainings 08-27-2019 to 09-17-2019)

According to ncesc my benefits started in july 2019,and since then I do weekly certification every weeks

July to September benefit bi didn't receive
